Events Grant

Our Event Grant is designed to help clubs bring your ideas to life by providing financial support for activities that engage and benefit students. Whether you’re planning a social event, workshop, or collaboration, this grant can help cover key costs and make your event more accessible and impactful. It’s a great opportunity to enhance your club’s offerings and create memorable experiences on or off campus.

On-Campus Activation Grants

Our clubs are integral to campus life because they create student-led, engaging, and relevant experiences that foster a strong sense of community and belonging. It is also a great way to showcase your club to the students of Monash, telling them you can bring to them and gaining more members in the process.

We want to empower our clubs to run events and initiatives that are open to all Monash students, this grant will give your club or society some extra funding for your next on campus activation.

Please note this grant is not available for use during Orientation Weeks.

Small Clubs Grant

Small clubs play a vital role in creating a connected and inclusive campus community, despite having fewer than 50 members. These groups often foster close-knit environments where students can build meaningful relationships, explore shared interests, and feel a strong sense of belonging.

However, limited membership can also mean fewer resources and reduced capacity to deliver activities at the same scale as larger clubs. This grant aims to support smaller clubs by providing the funding needed to run engaging events, strengthen their presence on campus, and continue contributing to a diverse and vibrant student experience

Resource Grant

Our Equipment, Merchandise and Printing Grant supports clubs in building their presence and running smoothly by covering essential resources. Whether you need equipment for activities, branded merchandise to promote your club, or printing for marketing and events, this grant helps reduce costs and elevate your club’s operations. It’s designed to help you stay organised, visible, and ready to engage your members.

Emerging Club Grant

Our Emerging Club Grant is for clubs that have been operating for more than six months but less than two years. This funding helps support your growth by covering costs for events, activities, or resources that strengthen your club and engage more members. It’s designed to give your club a boost as you expand your presence and build a strong, sustainable community.
