Your Queer Officer are here to ensure that all queer-identifying and questioning students feel comfortable on campus, whilst creating a safe community of support for these students.
They aim to represent and encourage awareness of diverse sexual, romantic and gender minorities by running activities on campus to celebrate events such as IDAHOBIT Day and Pride Week. They also manage The Queer Lounge, which allows you to meet like-minded individuals in an autonomous and safe space where you know you’ll be respected.
If you would like to get involved with the Caulfield Queer Community, we encourage you to come along to visit the Queer Lounge on Building S, Level 3, or attend our regular events.
